International “Walk to School” Day on October 8th

Next Wednesday, October 8th, we are challenging every non-bussed student to walk or bike to school. Walking is fun, healthy and safe. It’s also a a great way to see your friends! City of Waterloo Councillor Angela Vieth will be joining us on our walk. If you wish to carry a sign, contact the school office.
Terry Fox Run a Success

Our Mariners ran their hearts out on Thursday! They also visited several stations set up on the schoolyard and learned many interesting facts about Terry Fox’s quest. Thank you to all Millen Woods families who donated so generously. We raised over $1600! There is still an opportunity to donate at the address below.
